Welcome to Suav Beauty ("we", "us", or "our"). This End User License Agreement (the "Agreement") outlines the terms and conditions under which you may use our All-in-One Beauty Booking Marketplace Web Application (the "Application"). By accessing, downloading, or using the Application, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Application.

1. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Application. By using the Application, you represent and warrant that you are 16 years of age or older.
2. You agree to use the Application for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

1. You agree not to:
   • Use the Application for any unauthorized or illegal purpose.
   • Impersonate any person or entity or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity.
   • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Application or servers.
   • Engage in any conduct that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Application.
2. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for any User Content you submit or upload through the Application.
3. You adhere to all aspects of our Code of Conduct which describes violations and consequences of misusing the platform.

1. The Application and its content, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, and software, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
2. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works, or publicly display any portion of the Application without our prior written consent.

By submitting User Content, you grant Suav Beauty a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and create derivative works of your User Content in connection with the Application.

Your use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Application at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms.

The Application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Application will be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the extent permitted by law, Suav Beauty shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Application.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Canada.

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms within the Application. Your continued use of the Application after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
